Wow guys we are almost ready to enter a new year, perhaps some of you across the globe already have! I am always super excited to begin a new beautiful year.
I have always loved LOVED ice cream. It is my absolut number one sweet treat, maybe only challenged by cake, but well combine the two and I’m straight on my way to dessert-heaven.
Many of you might have noticed that the blog has been a little unstable the last couple of weeks. As the mother of this blog it has been kind of nerve wrecking and caused some sleepless nights.
At the beginning of the summer Aarhus got it’s first Frozen Yoghurt Shop. People went a little crazy and everyday there was a huge line in front of the shop regardless of time and weather.
It has been quite a busy Easter this time around, resulting in a postponed blog post, but now it has all quite down and I am ready to share a little new favourite of mine.
Most times when I find myself in the kitchen, or mentally developing recipes to be made in the kitchen, I always aim at combining the things I love the most.

I am sitting on a tropical island on the east coast of Malaysia.
