Lately a lot of wonderful things have been happening and everything suddenly seem to speed up. It is not more than 8 months since I started blogging and I am still surprised how much feedback and wonderful comments I receive from all of you.
Whenever I get yet another health craze I alway seem to wanna eliminate all the ‘bad’ and ‘unhealthy’ food from my diet in order to establish balance and get rid of sugar cravings (yeah I get them too).
Right now my head is totally filled up with all kinds of clinical nutrition stuff. I am in the middle of writing my exam paper about obesity in all different aspects.
