Autumn has officially arrived, still we have quite the summer feeling here in little Denmark and the sun has been a steady companion during most of September. I have actually reached the point where I long for grey days and colder temperatures.
Here in the Nordic countries we have a quite amazing and beautiful tradition for making twisted buns filled with delicious stuff. I guess it began with Sweden twisting a cinnamon bun into a ‘Snurre’ and people were amazed and still are.
Wow guys we are almost ready to enter a new year, perhaps some of you across the globe already have! I am always super excited to begin a new beautiful year.

As promised here is one more Pumpkin Recipe to round up this weeks pumpkin obsession, on my part at least. When I made the pumpkin inspiration post in the beginning of this week it stroke me how few pumpkin dessert recipes I have in here.
I definitely have a passion for adding different ingredients and vegetables to cake.
I am absolutely crazy about cheese. I love all kinds of different cheese varying from blue cheese, to caramelized brown Norwegian goats cheese.
It is finally my turn to go on vacation, yay! And this year’s destination is both exotic and very tasty.
I have always loved LOVED ice cream. It is my absolut number one sweet treat, maybe only challenged by cake, but well combine the two and I’m straight on my way to dessert-heaven.
