This week I have been celebrating my birthday three times and I still have one day of presents and cake cosiness left! This means that I have been enjoying several delicious cakes and baked goods – including a very ‘nasty’ chocolat
A few weeks ago a friend of mine (and new weekend cottage neighbour) asked med if I was up for a little challenge. If he went out and picked all the blackberries he could find, I was going to create a cake with as many berries as possible.
Last week my dearest Jonas turned 28, happy birthday hon’! He is so fortunate to have his birthday in the summer time where most of my favourite dessert ingredients are growing like crazy and most stores and farmers markets are drowning in red
Returning home from a wonderful holiday would under normal circumstances feel a little sad and I would miss the sun, freedom and lovely days spend by the sea listening to the soothing waves.
Well well I guess it’s time for yet another bar. As you might have figured I really have a weak spot for these energy filled little fellows.
A few weeks ago I posted a picture on Instagram that got people craving cookies and asking for the recipe. I was simply testing a recipe from a new favourite cookbook of mine, and I could not take any credit for the tasty looking fellows.
