Hi Everybody I am back! The blog-holiday is over, but luckily this does not mean that my holiday is over, nope quite the opposite I have a little more than a month left.
Lately our fridge has been loaded with all sorts of different leftovers. For some strange reason (or not) the majority of these have been dairy products.
Last year in my internship I was fortunate enough to participate in a national Cherry Festival. And yes it was exactly as it sounds a festival to celebrate the ripe, sun-warmed and aromatic Danish cherries.
There are many reasons why I chose the education I did. I have always been very interested in health, eating an energy balanced diet and treating the body with respect and love.
So I thought christmas is just around the corner and I have warned you, I am a huge fan of christmas.
