Hi guys. It’s been a while, and to be honest there might be a little longer between the post in the following month.
It think it is safe to say that most people love a creamy, delicious dip, and I personally feel that it can bind the whole meal together. Famous dippings counts hummus, pesto, guacamole and haydari, all inspired by the middle east.
Well well, its has been a while – I know! But as you might have noticed the blog has gotten a little make-over. We are not quite done yet, some minor changes will take place, and I promise you it will be awesome.
Here in the Nordic countries we have a quite amazing and beautiful tradition for making twisted buns filled with delicious stuff. I guess it began with Sweden twisting a cinnamon bun into a ‘Snurre’ and people were amazed and still are.
Wow guys we are almost ready to enter a new year, perhaps some of you across the globe already have! I am always super excited to begin a new beautiful year.

I have always found my lacking enthusiasm towards alcohol a bit sad. I am the one sipping on lemonade when all the other guys are drinking beer on hot summer days, and after 1 glass of red wine I have had my fair share and switch to water.
