I’m normally getting into my usual smoothie-lovin self when we are hitting spring and summer.
I think we all have that favourite bread recipe, the one we always turn to and trust to come out perfect despite sometimes crazy alterations and fancy new add-ins.
I have had an ambivalent relationship with root veggies for quite some years. In theory I always have and always will love them.
Currently my everyday starts pretty early – this means that getting all the sleep you can, without turning in at 9 pm, becomes a top priority. My favourite trick to half an extra hour on the pillow is as simple as breakfast to-go.

As promised here is one more Pumpkin Recipe to round up this weeks pumpkin obsession, on my part at least. When I made the pumpkin inspiration post in the beginning of this week it stroke me how few pumpkin dessert recipes I have in here.
Where should I begin. My love for pumpkin is very real, deep and will probably last a lifetime. It is actually not a relationship that have lasted very long.
I definitely have a passion for adding different ingredients and vegetables to cake.
